====== Season Opening ======
  * Clean chair and chaise cushions - with Simple Green or similar
  * Bring out hammock and hang on hammock stand
  * Bring out pool cover and reel and install
  * Make sure pool heater is operating
  * Replace boat dock lines
  * Bring out and attach boat bimini
  * Change air conditioner filter at back of hallway. Extra filters in basement storage room.
  * Test smoke alarms
  * Check grill propane tank and backup
  * Clean grill table
  * Clean Webers of soot. Replace Weber grills if necessary every few years
  * vacuum smoker and make sure pellets are feeding correctly
